Caretaker (Receptionist) NEEDED – Part Time ( Sunday Evenings )

PAID ROLE

A Caretaker is needed to assist in our evening operation. To start immediately

Role and Responsibilities:

Open the Church Door for users/community at 5pm
Close the Church Door after the designated closing time
Assist users/community in PUTTING ON the Lightings
Assist users/community in PUTTING OFF the Lightings
Attend to request from users/community using the Chapel
Making sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
Walk around the buildings ensuring the building are safe and tidy
General administration duties.

Job Types: Part-time,
Part-Time hours: 2 hours every Sunday evening

Salary: £10/Hourly & Negotiable

A Bookkeeper Needed

Book keeper NEEDED – Part Time (Temporary Cover)

PAID ROLE

A Bookkeeper is needed to assist our Accountant for a brief period. To start immediately

Role and Responsibilities:

Must have had previous experience
Be the key person responsible for managing the finance records using Excel
Income statement ledgers – lodging Incomes, processing receipts
Purchase Ledger – processing invoices and make payments
Processing Employee Payroll & submit PAYE to HMRC & Pension
Lodging Cashflows
Bank Reconciliation
Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
General administration duties.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Part-Time hours: 10 per week

Salary: Hourly & More than Minimum wage (Guaranteed) – TBD

Experience:
Accounting: 6 months upward (required)
Bookkeeping: 6 months upward (required)
Apprentice will be considered
