Exodus 20 (8-11). Mark 6(30-32). In the olding days sabbath day is law.

In New testament is an obedient and is not enforce. Mark 2(27-

We need to recharge spiritually and physically if we want to enjoy what we have.

We need to recharge financially, emotionally as God’s plan for us.

6 days to work and 1day to rest according to God’s plan.

We need to recharge ourselves so that we can perform.

In the old testament, Saturday is the sabbath day while in the new testament you can choose your day as a sabbath day.

Jesus is in charge in the new testament.

Exodus 20 (11) recharge (rest) once every 7 days, bless it as the sabbath day and hallow it.

Every disobedience to God’s instructions has it resultant effect.

How do you recharge very well (spiritually)

1. Cultivate the habit of being alone. Spend time alone with God. Mark 1(35). Pray in spirit, talk to God.

Visitors should not come in the day of recharge. There is healing in recharge, eat good foods , treat the body for our benefits.
